Alright.. Yesterday was the integrated parade of the St Patrick's School Military Band and St Stephen's School Military Brass.. All I want to say is good job to the newly promoted intermediate band. I am proud of all of u.. Really enjoyed myself yesterday.. Conducting my direct juniors on their Graduation and Promotion Parade. Not forgetting getting a double promotion and winning Best In Drills. I am now Staff Sergeant and I have won Best in Drills three years running.. Yes.. Congrats to all those who won awards.. Well Done.. After this is the Concert. Continue working hard everyone... :)

Hmmm... Today was the first day of school.. DUH!! So when i reached school i saw parents at the car porch.. They were like taking pictures of their child with the school tie.. Aww isn't that cute.. they can put at home.. my boy attending the first day of secondary school.. Haha.. Went to the canteen and sat at the band table.. It is much less lively without last year's sec 4s.. Well now we are the sec 4s.. Need some time to get used to it.. Sigh... that means.. O level coming... I seriously damn scared... HOW!!! Did not do anything until 9 am where we went to the hall to listen to the talk given by Mr Lak.. He told us about all the new things which is happening.. Sigh.. it sucks.. what to do?? SO after school had band.. practiced for the orientation for sec 1 which is on Friday.. that means chao class... Not really looking forward to it.. cannot afford to miss any lessons.. Wow.. Me actually saying that.. scary haha... k then.. Happy 2008 everyone.. Enjoy school :D

Last Saturday was Band Dinner.... It was held at Negara On Claymore somewhere in Orchard.. The outside looks quite terrible but the inside is not bad.... Haha... Thanks to all those who contributed to making it a success.. I won't say it went according to plan but people enjoyed it.. So thanks to those who helped out.. It wouldn't have been a success without the help of everyone.. So thank you very much.. But I don't think we can go back there next year as we received quite a number of complaints.. Haha.. Too noisy.. Lol.. Note to self.. Don't take in too much Helium it is bad for health... But it is very fun to play with.. Haha..

Hi blog... Miss me?? Guess what?? I am a Grandma.. My Grand Daughter.. if u are reading this its your fault.. But it was damn funny la.. Serious.. OK.. Had open house on Friday.. I had to conduct a piece 6 times because we didn't practice for the open house.. The turnout wasn't that good.. I almost played percussion for 1 of the pieces that we played.. ALMOST... In the end had to play bass.. Sigh..

Oh ya.. I will be away in band camp from the 26th to the 30th of November.. So don't start crying if I like don't come online or reply your msgs... :D Alot Of things going to happen during band camp...

Hey everybody.. Sorry for not blogging the past few weeks.. or isit months? Ah I don't know la.. Just don't feel like blogging anymore.. Nobody reads it anyway.. So why bother... Ok for the fun of it I shall Just blog about the major things which have happened so far...

Ok latest thing to happen is I was sacked from the sps prefectorial board.. Wow.. I don't know whether its a good thing or a bad thing? I think its a little bit of both.. I was like so close to being invested and I just had to be sacked.. This was how I received the good/bad news.. I was going to report for car porch duty when 1 of the excos said I am excused for today.. i sensed something was going to happen... I was right after all.. They called out a few names.. and guess what? My name was also called out.. DUH!! OK.. I was standing next to matthew.. We could see into our letters.. He's had in bold... letter of probation.. When I looked at mine, it read.. LETTER OF TERMINATION!!!! Omg.. Ok this was what happened after i received the letter.. I read it through once then I put the letter back into its envelope.. This was when this guy asked me for my badge.. Both badges... I wanted to keep it la.. Damn nice.. Well F*uck it.. Ok.. I then tore my letter which they so kindly printed out for me.. Awww.. I then told them they could keep the letter.. I then walked away from the prefect area.. Well at least I felt better tearing up the letter.. BUT I would like to get it clear I did not Throw the paper.. I gave them nicely.. And I think one of the reasons why i got sacked Was because some of the excos did not like me.. Especially A... shall not say his name.. Ok.. Well I shall not bring up the past.. It is all in the past.. I should just get on with Life.. Its their lost for sacking me.. Now I can concentrate more on my studies and Band.. Don't need to care about what stupid Prefects..

Yesterday was the Ses 4s Relief Of Duty.. In short R.O.D.. It was when the sec 4s officially step down from the band... Usual.. There will be the hand shaking ceremony.. Not fair la.. As there was short of time, I did not get to speak to all the Sec 4s.. After the hand shaking ceremony, we had the handing out of Band Tee.. All the Sec 1s received their new Band T-shirt.. Then we had the passing down of posts.. I was the MC for that day.. To think I actually missed out the DWO post.. SO SORRY.. Won't say R.O.D was the best one.. Hope the Sec 4s enjoyed it.. After everything, went out with the section.. we went to play soccer.. Saw Jeremy Tang there.. We beat the Victoria team.. Yes.. haha.. Then went to Tampines Mall to have dinner.. Saw the flute section, Oboe section and Sean Quek at TM... So Sad.. The time has finally come.. The sec 4s are gone.. Life will be so much differently without them around.. Will really miss them like crazy.. Almost cried yesterday.. Will miss everyone especially Donovan.. He has been the best senior to me.. I would like to wish the Sec 4s all the best.. Hope they succeed in everything they do.. Oh ya congrats to Gerald being the new Assistant Drum Major.. I think it is unecessary though.. But what can I do? Sigh..

Today is NATIONAL DAY!!! So boring.. Nothing to do.. Cannot go out.. Well good thing that there is no school till Monday.. YEAH!!!! Damn it must go cut my hair.. and cannot have spiked hair?? Where's the logic in that? Well I don't care..

Yesterday had band prectice in the morning.. We are suppose to play for a event next saturday.. sort of a national day thing.. We only got like 1 week to prepare.. was suppose to have afternoon practice but since alot of people could not make it, practice was cancelled.. So we decided to go for a section outing to watch Harry Potter. I finally watched Harry Potter.. It was not bad la.. After the movie we went to the upstairs there to take a section photo.. but we got distracted by this spinning thing.. I swear i almost pucked la.. thanks alot la.. Justin and Mario.. u good.. Overall it was very fun la.. we should have more of this outings..

Today had church early in the morning.. Service attachment.. Business was better this week.. Soya Bean sells better than chin cao.. haha.. The canteen people were all very friendly.. gave us free food for helping out.. After that had tuition.. so boring.. Ok basically that was my day.. sucks right..

Oh ya.. to my new found friend.. thanks for keeping me company this week.. Hope our friendship will continue till I don't know when.. Oh ya good luck to your album..

Today was the first day of my service attachment.. I was posted to canteen operations.. My shift starts at 8am to 9.15am.. Today me and john were asked to sell grass jelly a.k.a chin chao or however u spell it.. 50 cents only.. haha.. But one benefit u get out of doing canteen duty is that u get free food.. So please do visit me in the canteen.. I will try to get u free food.. haha.. TRY! After church had tuition at parkway.. then i stoned at home the whole day.. Still have not watched Harry Potter yet. Waiting for some1 to watch with me.. anyone interested let me know..

Yesterday was PRESENTATION NIGHT!! Yes.. The Band played very well..Everyone was Damn high.. Except for those who screwed up during the performance.. all I want to say is.. NVM.. FIT..Good job to all.. Thanks to all who came to support us.. Thanks to Mr Glosz, Mr Heng, Miss Chen as well as all the other teachers for putting alot of effort for the band..

The finale band wasn't that fantastic.. Not enough practice.. It was ok.. Not say very good... I did not screw up SAFARI.. I played correctly.. yes.. finally.. My key did not get stuck.. The whole thing only ended at like 10 plus and by the time we got back and de-briefed, it was 11 plus.. only got home almost to 11.. So tired la..

TODAY!! So many people did not come to school. Some where just too exhausted to come while some just chose to go out.. Well whatever it is.. they will have to face the music.. i think all their parents were called.. So good luck to u all.. Just came back from The 1st National Clarinet Competition.. We scored the highest for the group and thirs for overall.. The first and second place went to all the soloists.. I can say we did quite well la.. Don't think will be continuing in the choir.. got no time... so will see how it goes..

Yesterday was the ARCHDIOCESAN YOUTH DAY.. Had to be present in church at 12 pm.. Upon arrival at the church, we had to change to the youth rally T-shirt which is quite cool la.. Every1 had to wear the shirt.. whole of Singapore had to wear the shirt.. We had a workshop from 12 to like 3 plus? we were split into groups where we did our workshops.. I swear all the facilitators are like damn ebthu.. There was this one facil who kept on picking on me.. He would keep coming around to check if I was singing. After the workshop we had lunch in church then boarded the bus for the expo.. We were split up into our classes for our coaches. 1 coach 1 class.. So there was like alot of space as there were only like 5 girls and 10 over guys from our class.. So pathetic.. We were like the first to reach the expo so we had to wait for churches from the north, west, south and east district to arrive.. I saw some familiar faces.. people from the band as well as people from LLTC.. The whole thing started at around 5 plus.. there was alot of Singing where people would like start jumping.. I joined in at the finale was quite an interesting experience.. everyone was damn high.. including the fathers.. There was a play about Jonah.. The big fish part was quite cool.. everyone wasted to play with the big fish.. Some people told their life stories.. Yeah.. That was basically what happened during the concert.. When it was all over we were the last group of churches to leave.. the east district churches.. The bus trip back was quite boring.. tried to sleep in the bus buut could not.. so many things going on.. people throwing crackers everywhere.. Hit me somemore.. Iwas planning to take the back row to sleep but the girls took it before me.. ethel said girls rule somemore.. Hiyo.. so in the end i sat infront of the girls.. did not want to sit next to steven.. later he touch me all.. haha.. yucks.. After reaching back to church waited with sharon, christopher and ian.. Sharon actually know who Ian is.. surprising.. haha.. reached home at like 11 plus.. showered then went to sleep.. was so tired yesterday..

Today went for tuition then stoned at home and here I am blogging.. life sucks.. tomorrow got exhange with a band from perth.. Chisholm College. After that not sure if have rehearsal at SCH.. Whats going to happen now??

Sorry everyone for not blogging in a while.. Just did not feel like blogging. Ok yesterday.. had no school as Sunday was Youth Day so Monday school holiday.. Met up with Justin and Mario at Tampines Mall to watch Transformers.. Tickets were selling fast everywhere.. The show was very nice.. although it is like so fake but still it was damn cool.. Oh ya sorry to my classmates for not coming for the class outing.. After the movie, I went to meet my mum and sis at Bugis.. where Charles and Bryan saw me but yet I didn't see them.. Weird..

Nothing much happened today. Went for school then came home for chinese tuition... and here i am rotting infront of my com.. Sigh.. life is so boring.. nothing to do.. Oh ya.. To my friend who had a piano exam today.. Don't need to worry la.. U will pass one.. I hope. haha..

Hello... Just came back from LLTC yesterday.. It was not as bad as I thought.. I actually enjoyed my time during LLTC.. made alot of new friends.. From SPS, SJI and SJI international. Cool right.. International.. haha the school fees are like damn high.. Okok.. my group was I PATRICK.. which is made up of including me.. 4 SPS, 6 SJI and 1 SJI International.. our group really bonded over the 5 days in camp.. Our Facils were Calvin Fong from SJI and Christopher Oh from SPS.. I was given the role of apprentice which was to assist the mage.. something like a deputy chairman.. haha.. Did nothing much though.. Something different about this year's camp was that there were girls in camp. 5 girls from SJI International.. Unfortunately none of them were in my group.. haha everyone wanted to get to know the girls..

There was many activities during camp.. We played many games.. On top of that we went dragon boating and some ropes course which I did not go for as I had Band practice.. What a waste.. We also had to do this journal sort of thing every night.. It was very boring.. haha and some 7 habits thing which tells u how to be a better leader.. Those were the boring parts about the camp. The rest wasn't that bad.. The food was ok except for one of the days where we had 'fast food' which was guess what?? porridge.. haha brother Michael wanted us to know what it was like to live on porride alone.. It wasn't too bad.. so many people thought it was going to be macs or something.. On the last few days, our group played truth or dare where me and nicholas had to do some very weird stuff.. Yucks.. haha... We also had morning runs where we had to wake up at like 6.30 to run at east coast.. Oh ya on thursday we our journey to the dream where we in our group went around different parts of Singapore to help the needy.. As lasallian's it's our duty to help the last, the lost and the least.. My group went to Toa payoh one room rental flats where we helped the old people living there to clean their houses.. As they were old, they could not do somethings around the house.. These old people had no family members.. they either passed away or were abandoned.. I really learnt alot from the JOURNY TO THE DREAM.. I learnt that we should be grateful for the things we have.. there are people more less fortunate than us.. I was really moved looking at how these people lived.. I wanted to do more to help them.. The last day was very meaningful.. we had to share our personal mission statement with the rest of the group.. After we told our mission, we had to pour a cup of water into this bowl which represents that a part of us are remembered.. I learnt alot from LLTC.. On how to be a better leader as well as many other stuff to improve myself as a person. I will never forget my time at LLTC and my group members.. I am SO tired..

Tomorrow is also the first finale band prac.. need to go earlier to collect my instrument before reporting to SJI... wonder whether there will be time to get my instrument and report to SJI before 7.30.. will i make it?? we will see tomorrow.. Today was a very interesting day.. Met Haziq while walking in.. The stupid security guard closed the gate on us saying what fixing something.. made us wait in the hot sun.. After that before going for lunch was hanging around at the DNT block.. with some people.. After that we all went for lunch. and again we ate KFC... getting tired of eating that everyday.. Mario came and met us later after that.. he just came back from a church camp and he had his ear pierced.. Was figuring out to take out the earing for him.. keep on screaming.. Hiyo.. Had sectionals today before a talk with our bandmaster.. The band MAY be going to ireland next year.. in March.. Don't know if parents will allow..

Ok.. the finale band piece came today.. as usual I am playing bass for finale band.. Only going to have two bass clarinetist.. got soli in sunrise and safari.. Mr Heng wanted to meet all finale band performers in the canteen. In the canteen some things happened... One of my batch members was confronted by this group of boys who were in some camp.. hoped nothing else happened after we left..

Ok that was my day.. counting down the days till LLTC which is on Monday all the way to Friday.. next week of course.. Heard what they make u strip and bath together.. What the F*uck.. U go for LASALIAN LEADERSHIP camp to be a better leader or learn how to be GAY!!! What is the world coming to.. So many of them around.. I know some too.. Can u guess who??? Hmmm.. Oh ya.. By the way.. In case u were wondering.. that was just a trick question.. I don't take bus to school.. My father drives me to school...

It's been a while since I last blogged.. have been too lazy too blog.. Although it's the holidays, the only thing I do is go for band.. The whole holiday is devoted to band as we have been selected to be in presentation night... which is on the 17 of July.. Now presentation night has a finale band which is made up of members from all the 5 school selected for presentation night..
Representing St Pats are the sec 3 batch which of course is made up of sec 3s. So I am going to play bass clarinet for the finale band. Yeah!!

Oh ya I will be in LLTC from the 18th to the 22nd i think.. For those who don't know what LLTC is, it stands for Lasalian Leadership Training Camp.. Must go for band as well as prefect. the duration of the camp is so long la.. and the best things is I haven't even finished my hw. Only completed Maths, Chemistry, lit and part of english. So must quickly finish before camp starts.. I am so Lazy to go la..

Ok.. nothing much really happened during my holidays.. played lots of soccer and went for band.. yup.. thats all I have been doing for my June holidays.. sucks right.. Oh ya experienced alot of drama during the holidays.. Very interesting i can say.. hahahahaha

Today was the first day of the school holidays.. NO school... YES!!... Went for band in the morning.. Followed Justin to see the doctor.. I swear the waiting time is DAMN long haha.. Justin complained of indigestion SO we went to see the doctor. After that went for lunch with Gary then came back for band practice. Had full band in the hall.. Did technicals then ran through paganini once.. SYF band.. We sounded... sigh.. Back to practicing for us.. haha..

Yesterday went to watch Pirates. It was not that bad.. quite funny at times.. For those planning to watch please stay back after the credits.. there is still a small part after the credits.. We had alot of fun yesterday although it was just a small group.. But still it was enjoyable.. I SO want to watch Blades of glory.. anybody interested??

Yesterday was our school's jogathon. It was held at Bedok Reservoir. Well not that bad.. near my house. Funny thing was I actually ran competitive. It was ok for the first 400 metres. Was on par with all the atheletes until I saw Mario at the back. We decided to walk the remainder of the journey. It was damn fuuny la.. as we saw the Sec 4s and Sec 2s overtake us. But yeah.. due to us walking most of the way, we both came in last. Actually, I came in 2nd last. Mario had no chance against me as it was just a short distance and somemore his phone dropped haha.. After jogathon, had wanted to watch Blades Of Glory but was too tired to go and watch.. Somemore there was no one to watch with me. Everyone had their own things to do.

Met my classmates at 4.30 at City Hall MRT Station as our class was suppose to attend a literature play which we may be taking next year. By watching this play, it would be easier for us to understand the whole stiry if we are taking it next year. Ok we had alot of fun before the show. We hanged around in Marina Square, went to the arcade, walked around before going for dinner. I think our class... well those who went got closer after that day. We laughed and talked.. well basically it was hell alot of fun. A pity not all could make it. Took some class photos at the steps of Marina damn fun la..

Before meeting Mrs Er at like 7 plus, we went to the Esplanade rooftop just for the fun of it. The play only started at like 8 plus. Our class occupied the 1st and 2nd row. The show was very... how to say.. 'Interesting'. It was about OFF CENTRE people... meaning carzy people. In was a funny yet educational play. Learnt alot from the play. The start and end of the play was very weird. The two stars of the play just sitting there. Our Class should like go for this sort of plays every month. I don't know.. thats just my opinion.

Ok... today had Band in the morning. Today was fu*ked up. No one had the mood to do anything.. We were all so exhausted. The sec 4s had flag day so we were sort of in charge.Although some sec 4s stayed in school. After Band went for lunch at parkway. Went to collect the files for my Sec 1s with Russell then ate with the rest. After that, me and ian made our way to SAS for our Clarinet Ensemble practice. We tried out a new piece and confirmed one of our pieces. Practice was ok la.. had some laughs here and there.. Don't know why our practice always got this extra person don't know la his name start with J and ends with......................ia hao.. Easy target to make fun of. Ok ok.. i think i said enough.. Now need to go stress somemore.... ARGH...........

Yes.. Its has been a long week.. my apologies for not blogging. Exam Week.. Ok I won't say it was very bad. The only subjects that was a killer were Maths and physics. Hmmm just have to wait for the results to come out.

Ok... today was my last paper so I went to SCH to give my support to SAJC as it was the JC SYF today. It was a real havoc today. We waited there for like 3 hours and ended up not getting tickets to go in so had to hear from the speakers.. and that too they want to complain. What want us to call your school? Where is the logic? We only wanted to hear for a while also cannot. SAJC played very well.. As good as our band.. HAHA Very impressive. I can still remember band camps when we just started out playing the piece. We have made so much improvement.. both our bands. SAJC, ACJC, VJC received GOLD WITH HONOURS! So it is 3 seconday GOLD WITH HONOURS and 3 JC GOLD WITH HONOURS! Now just waiting for presentation night results. Apparentely NO 2 bands under the same conductor can go to presentation night so we are just waiting to see how it goes. Congrats to all the bands out there. I will miss those days preparing for the SYF.. It was very tedious but the results are all worth it. We bonded as a band and we will all not forget the experiences we got from this.. Thanks my brothers.. One band.. One sound..

My First Concert

Ok... Today was my sec 1s ' First Concert '.. It was also sort of my concert.. I conducted them.. Today was the first time i conducted infront of an audience so it was a new feeling to me.. The feeling was damn good ah.. Today was the first time i actually sweat while conducting. Our skit was not bad.. The audience really laughed at our skit.. Overall the concert was GOOD. All of us had a lot of fun.

I would like to thank everyone who participated in this event. It wouldn't have been a success if everyone did not put in lots of time and effort into this play. Although we only managed to finish the script like 4 days before the real day BUT it still turned out fine.

Firstly I would like to thank the Sec 1s for putting in time and effort into practicing for this concert. Hey.. finally found time to blog.. have been to lazy this past few days to blog.. busy with the sce 1s.. sigh.. So far at the syf.. there is 3 gold with honours bands.. 1st we have St Patricks followed by Ang Mo Kio and ACS(I) Presentation night results has not been released yet though.. so just waiting.

Today had sports day at Bedok Stadium.. Reported at 7.15. Today i took part in 1 event.. The 4x100 relay race.. We were up against teams who were made up of atheletics runners.. We were damn nervous ah.. My team consisted of Gerald, Rahim and Jovan. We came in third place behind the 2 atheletics team. It was so close ah.. Although people told me i ran very fast, I felt I did not do that well.. I felt I could do much better. I can run much faster when some1 is chasing me.. Not bad ah.. third place.. our timing was like 50 secs which according to Jovan was seriously not bad. For a team which consisted of 3 band members and 1 athelete, we did quite well.. Surprised right? For some1 my size to take part in a sprinting event but i just don't know why i can run very fast 4 a short distance.. After that... ah thats another story.. Hope i will be able to take more short distance events in the future.

Ok.. My sec 1's ' First Concert ' is on this sunday at the SAJC Cultural Centre.. I will be conducting them.. This will be also sort of a first concert for me as this will be my first time conducting infront of a public audience.. The concert starts at 5.. So those interested to go please be there by 4.45.. Hope we will be able to pull it off..

Gold With Honours

Yes.... It was just yesterday that the band received a GOLD WITH HONOURS at this years SYF. Till this time we are the only band that received a gold with honours. At that time i was damn nervous la.. Somemore the announcer said some stuff which made everyone think that there was no gold with honours that day. But it turned out that our band made it. It was damn heart wrecking.. my heartbeat was like the tempo of SAFARI.. U know how fast is that?

Oh ya.. talking about SAFARI.. I F*UCKING screwed up la.. Screwed up my freaking solo.. and u know what was the reason? my key was stuck.. Not saying that it was not my fault for not checking BUT WTF of all times for that to happen.. it was like the first time in how long that I did not rush and something like that just had to happen. So sorry guys for screwing up. and really thanks to those who were there for me when i felt really lousy. Thanks for trying to make me feel better. Trying to make me laugh all. Really thanks..

Hmmm now the question is whether we will get into presentation night. Ah don't care about that la.. Now the most important thing is my Sec 1s their concert is like in 10 days time. On the 22nd of April at SAJC Cultural Centre. Will they be ready in time? I really need the whole batch to be down to help with the Sec 1s.. They really need the help and support of everyone.

Congrats to all the other bands who received what they wanted.. I hope to hear more good news and I all the best to all the bands out there.

Hmmm.. It's been a while since I last blogged. Have been busy with SYF practice. Its approaching very soon. MUSE is also coming very soon. The whole band is going for competition. Well except for the Sec 1s whose first concert is on the 22nd April and it is progressing very slowly.

Oh ya.. Got selected for prefect. So now I am just a junior prefect. Quite pai seh ah.. Only become prefect in Sec 3. Don't know when I will get my tie. Hope I will get it soon. Today reported for prefects the very first time. Saw some familiar faces. There are advantages and disadvantages to being a prefect. Haha see how it goes la. Just started out.

Ok thats all that happened.. I think.. Judgement day is in 5 days time...

Hey.. My apologies for not blogging in a while.. Have been kinda busy this past few days. With SYF coming up and all. SYF is in exactly 10 days time.. Well starting from tomorrow, it is 10 days. Hmmm and so happens tomorrow is April Fool's day so all beware...

Err nothing really much happened this past few days. Erm was selected for prefect. Don't know why i was selected. But hope i will be able to handle the stress of being a prefect. Was a prefect in primary school so this won't be much of a trouble..'I think'.... Maybe St Pats people are harder to handle?

Ok today... Had an exchange programme with 14 other schools at Xinmin Secondary.. Some schools present were St Pats, St Andrews, IJTP, Dunman Sec and other schools. Those are all that i can remember at this moment. BUT before going for the exchange, the Sec 3 leaders stayed back in school after the rest of the band had left school for the exchange to handle the Sec 1s. Today was F*ucked up. There were lots of sec 1s missing giving stupid excuses. I don't know whether they will be ready for their first concert in time. With SYF just around the corner there's really not enough time for the sec 1s.

After SYF is over, all the attention will be focused on the Sec 1s. So I will really need the the help and support of the Sec 3 Batch as it is your junior's first concert. Don't u all feel the pressure at all?? The sec 3 leaders are feeling the pressure as SYF and Sec 1s first concert draws closer. When will you all wake up your whatever idea and realise that there is really not much time. Thats all I have to say with regards to the Sec 1s. It is all up to you.

Today on the way to school.. was listening to the radio in my dad's car. The news said that there was going to be heavy showers from like 7 to 8 in the morning. Could tell that it was going to rain by the colour of the sky. It was very dark. Was scared that I was going to be caught in the rain. Luckily i reached in time as moments after i stepped into school it started raining damn heavily. Everyone was to report to class. The field was damn cool looked like waves. PE was the first period and once again could not run 2.4 as it was raining. So tomorrow must run during recess. Waste of time only. This is the final stretch towards the SYF.. Final push for everything... The whole of next week got practice.. I am ready to go all out.. are u?? thats the question.. Just continue working hard and be musical..

Ok.. lets start off with Saturday's Sec 1 practice. They had full band which was taken by me. I ran through two of their pieces for their 'First Concert'. It is not that bad BUT there is still lots of work to be done if they are to be ready for their concert on the 22nd of April. After the sec 1s practice, had lunch at the benches. was eating with Mr Heng, Sir Sheqal, Sir Donovan, Christopher and Russell. While we were eating, Mr Glosz came by. He asked us how the script is coming along. He wanted to compare ours to that of SAS. SAS script is like WOW... So out of this world.. Ours was nothing compared to theirs so we had to plan a new script. Mr Glosz was not happy with it.. The starting.. hiyo.. ok nevermind about that. Towards the end of practice, Mr Heng, Sir Donovan and I was sitting in the band office. We started thinking about the script. Suddenely, out of no where, we started coming up with interesting ideas. By the end of practice, we had out new script.. SAS script is out of this world... Ours is down to earth.. Their concert will be very interesting. Must thank Sir donovan for coming up with parts of the script.

Today.. morning had Cat Class.. We were watching PASSION OF THE CHRIST. We only managed to watch until after the part where JESUS was tortured. The girls could not stand watching that scene.. they were all closing their eyes all.. haha so funny. But yeah that scene is indeed kinda disturbing.. After class went for tuition then came home.. Slacked almost the whole day.. So bored.. Ok la thats basically my weekend. Boring right..

Hey all.. Just came back from Malaysia today.. Came back from a SYF Band Camp in KL, Shah Alam. I think its spelt like that.. Overall had lots of fun during this period.. hanging out with my friends and continue to work on our SYF piece.. On the last day od our camp we had a small concert featuring SPSMB, SASMB as well as SK Band.. SK Band played ' The Seventh Night Of July ' which i thought was very nice. The concert was not that bad except for when we played our first piece.. It did not go well at all.. One thing about the malaysian people they really appreciate music.. The applause we received.. We were the last band to perform so there was a request for and Encore.. In total we did to Encores and by the time the concert was eneded I was damn exhausted.. During this Band Camp we also celebrated St Patricks Day where we ate in a room full of green ballons and we had to wish everyone Happy St Patricks Day in the morning. As a council member, I or rather we were given the task of ensuring discipline, making sure everyone sleeps and wake up on time.. This morning was damn annoying.. People not knowing when to wake up and all... so had to go to evey single door to wake them up. Unfortunately, I did not manage to buy lots of things or take lots of pictures as I had wanted.. What a waste..

We arrived back in Singapore in the afternoon... On the last day of our holidays.. Give chance la.. We just came back from a camp abroad and u expect us to go to school tomorrow?? Cut us some slack la.. Not sure if everyone will be borded to go to school tomorrow.. WHY??? WHY??? Tjis is just not fair..

Well I hope everyone enjoyed their March holiday.. Although it will not be of much fun without me around right.. haha Just Kidding.. Its the start of a new term tomorrow.. I hope... NO i pray that i will be able to concentrate in class tomorrow and start off a new term well...

Hey sry 4 not posting in a while.. have been kinda busy. Hmmm going to start by talking about Sunday.. Our batch had a performance by our very own self.. no seniors. This is the second the time we are doing this by ourselves. We the leaders of our batch was being evaluated on how we commanded the band on that day.. From the comments that we received, we still have to improve some more. After performing at the ST PATRICKS DAY PARADE, went for the SMU concert. The concert was not that bad. Saw some of my seniors performing at the concert.

Nothing much happened on Monday.. Had sec 1 practice. so it was ok..

Today brought my luggage to the band room. So we had a briefing about our trip. Today's practice was very interesting. My senior accidentaly threw the hall keys onto the 2nd floor and there was no way up SO mario had to climb through a window to retrieve the keys. It was quite scary having to climb up onto the ledge to carry mario into the window. I guess we all learnt a lesson today. NEVER throw keys.. even if u do.. AIM!!!!

Oh ya we will be away from Wednesday till Sunday.. SYF band camp.
So i apologise if I don't reply any msges.. Very expensive u know.. Oh ya if u want anything from Malaysia do tell me by tonight.. I will try to help u buy.. BUT of course u must pay me back :)

It has been a Band Marathon this week.. as the whole school was away in camp, we had to come for band everyday. The worst thing is we have to do some music appreciation thing for the sec 1s.. So boring..

Yesterday the good people from Wind Works came down to service our instrument for our KL trip. OH ya we will be leaving for KL on Wednesday.... SO those who wish to say their goodbyes please do it b4 wednesday haha..

Hmmm today had a section talk held by our good friend Ian Long.. Was very shocked by what ian said today.. did not know he had what it takes to talk like that.. I think our section benifited in some way or another thanks to the talk.. We should have frequent section talks so that we can understand what is happening to each individual.. From what i realised today, i still have a lot of to improve on.

The sec 3 batch came back from camp today.. Very early in the morning. and once again so sorry to my classmates if i was unable to join u all at the camp.. Well i hope u all had lots of fun at camp.

Today had like a band marathon.. Reported in school at 7... Don't know why today started at 7.15. Usually start at 8.15 on Wednesdays but i guess since like the WHOLE school is at camp thats why start early.. Started band practice with technicals... They say its best to do technicals in the morning.. Don't know whether is really true anot? Once again did the Sec 1 music appreciation programme.. So boring..

During the afternoon practice.. My batch had full band to rehearse the pieces we are playing on Sunday and i will have to conduct 2 pieces.. This will be the first time i conduct the band at a public performance.. Hiyo so nervous.. Hope I don't screw up.. Please do come down and support the sec 3 batch as this will be our first performance in a long time where we are playing by ourselves.. It will be somewhere near the parliament house there. So please do come and support.. The performance will be from 4 - 5 so please come early :)

Hmmm gonna be leaving for KL in 7 days time.. Hope every1 will be able to know their work by then.. So as to not waste time when we are there.. We will be away from the 14th to 18th of March..

Hmmm had PE the first period today.. Had a substitute teacher as mrs yap was busy i think.. well who cares.. We did intervals. Had to complete 1 round in 1 min 45 sec... Did a total of 6 rounds a i manged to clock in less than 1 min 45 sec each round.. so proud of myself. haha

After that lessons continued as usual... Went for band prac... listened our recording at SCH with other recordings. I personally feel we can still do better.. So everyone make sure u continue working hard ok???

Today after band went to see my class off.. they were getting ready to leave for their sec 3 adventure camp which is in Malaysia. How i wish i could go with my class.. U know.. as a monitor must bond with my class.. but what a waste.. Cause we need to practice for St Patricks Day on Sunday.. If u all are free please do come down and support the band.. Not too sure about the details yet... BUT... I will let u all know in due time. please do come and support the band... It will be my batch performing for that day.. which means yours truly will be playing.. so this is a must see thing haha.. so thick skinned.. but please do come..

Today was a very boring day.. the usual go for cat class then go for tuition. See my Sundays are always like that. Todays cat class was damn retarded did some guessing game and i ended up saing the closing prayer.. haha why me??

After that in the evening went for mass. It was my sis's rite of election or something like that.. I am thinking of buying a clarinet?? should I?? anyone want to sponsor the money to buy me my clarinet?? For me anything also can.. E11, RC, Prestige, Tosca? I am fine with anything.. serious.. Today.. reported in school at 7.. and once again the security guard was talking about the snakes again.. hiyo... The day was saved when sir benjamin came with the key.. OMG thnx man..

Today sec 1 attendance was retarded.. had to give punishment to those who were late. Did not want to give punishment but had no choice.. needed to make sure everyone comes on time.

After that we had a rehearsal at the SCH for the SYF.. Only had like 1 hour 15 minutes so could not waste time.. Overall the rehearsal was successful.. we managed to play through without making any major screw ups... Really enjoyed the rehearsal. Once that was finished went to SAS band room to practice.. was quite a useful practice went into detail every single part.. Today was a successful day.. had a lot of fun :)

Yeeeeesssssssss.. the exams are finally over.. Now all there is to worry about is whether the results will be good or bad.. So far only got back English which i did badly for.. 20/30 which is only a 66% plus. Just 1 more mark and i would have been able to get a A2. Damn...

Today was my last paper.. BIO.. which was err ok... After school went for band where we had full band in the hall. BUT before that.. we had to move percussion to the hall.. then back to the band room then once again back to the hall.. AS we were told what the cricket people were using the hall and all.. We did the video recording. but it was f*ucked up as people still did not know their work and everyone was not together. SYF is just 5 weeks away and we still have a lot to work on..

Yes.. its down to my last two papers.. PHYSICS and BIO. Two more days and i am free.. Hope i do well. Please let me do well if I am to continue in the band.

Nothing much happened in the last few days.. Did not have band though practice has been moved to thurs and friday. This is a reminder to all. Hmmm cannot wait for practice on saturday. At SCH. Hope people will know their work by that day so that no time is wasted when we are there.

Today went for band early in the morning for sec 1 practice. Went I reached there I was deeply dissapointed that not more than half of my batch came down to help out. They are your sec 1s for crying out loud. Thanks those who made an effort to come down to help.

Ok enough about sec 1s.. After their practice, some of us went to block 57 to buy our lunch and guess what i had the worst headache ever. I was like seeing stars so quickly went back to school. The pain was so unberable that i took a few scoops of my food then i threw the rest away. Waste my money only. After that went to the band room. Could not play as it was too painful so went 2 rest in the library where i slept. It was quite uncomfortable but i felt much better after sleeping for a while. Then went for full band.

As u all know today school starts at 8 so we had a batch meeting to discuss what we were going to do for our sec 1s' first concert. Quite some interesting ideas we got. Still have not decided on a theme for the concert BUT we are getting there so don't worry.

Hmmm exams are starting in.... hmmm FREAKING TWO DAYS TIME!! I have english and social studies. English not much to worry about but social studies. AH thats something I have to worry about. If I am not wrong the teacher has walked out of our class twice already. I think she cannot stand our class anymore and i cannot blame her cause our class can get out of hand sometimes.

Oh ya my sincere apologies to all those who read my blog if I do not blog in a while.. U know with the tight exam schedule and all.. SO ya sorry. But don start crying i promise i will be back... haha just joking.. seriously.

Sigh.. Stayed at home once again today. It's the last day of the CNY school holidays and i spent the whole day rotting at home. Sucks right?

Well not all is lost.. I could practice on my beloved bass clarinet.. I know it sounds sick but ya. Practicing long notes.. I think people are going to complain soon. haha

I really don't want to go back to school tomorrow. Well the good thing is, school starts at 8 tomorrow. A liitle more time to sleep.

Its the 2nd day of chinese new year and here i am bloging.. pitiful right?? haha... jokes.. ok did not go out today. Collected a lot on the first day already.

On Saturday went shopping with my sis at parkway bought some stuff. U know new year new stuff so ya bought some things. Then we went to my cousins place (mum's side) for our family reunion dinner. Played a little golf.. tried to put the ball in the hole but made it only thrice.. need to train somemore. Overall had a lot of fun there.

Yesterday, the first day of chinese new year went to visit my grandparents. ( dad's side ) Sat for a while had some things to eat than came home to watch "Harry Potter".

Ok this year my chinese new year is not that exciting but WHO CARES there is no school... what can beat that.. but what a waste.. i missed PE today.. shit..

Hiya today my bag was like damn heavy so many subjects in one day. They must be crazy. Went for a exibition in the hall on terrorism. The tour guide sucked. So boring.

After school went for an excursion to Selarang Camp. Went to see what it was like to be in the army. The tour was ok but the best part was the bus ride. There was a lot of laughing especially at the back of the bus.

Tomorrow is a half day for us due O level results. Congrats to James and Gabriel scoring exceptionally well with james scoring the highest in the whole school scoring 7 points and Gabriel scoring 9 points. All the best to those who just received their results continue working hard..

Ok.. Today was a long but FUN day. In the morning went for cathecism class. It was quite awkward with some people acting different. Then went for tuition only went for awhile cause I left earlier to meet Ian and Mario. Took a cab to Marina Square where we met up with some sas and sajc people for out MEGA section outing. Its was damn fun la although did not really do much BUT we laughed alot. Thnx guys for such a wonderful day. Looking forward to another reunion. Especially thanks to pamela who organised it :D
